CAD LAB

 

CAD lab is also another busiest section of Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Moratuwa.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CAD lab is available to use in Weekdays and Saturdays for students from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. CAD lab main users are Mechanical engineering and Earth Resources engineering undergraduates and on Saturdays mainly used by external parties (CAD/CAM and other design software are taught for industrial people).

Throughout whole the time Air conditioners (3 A/Cs with rated power 5000W, 5000W and 225W ) and LCD PCs are always operated so because of the higher usage CAD lab also one of the higher energy consumption unit in Department of Mechanical Engineering.
