When check the energy consumption(kWh) vs. Month that there is a huge flop had occurred on 2012 May to 2012 November its occurred because at that time period is falling under academic staff strike time so many of the students were not in hostels. When compared 2013 graph , it has coming below the 2012 graph because Hostel management is doing some energy saving plans from 2013 January and in specially 1st lane hostel had been closed for six months( 2013 to 2013). This graph shows how hostel management had found the problems in energy wastage that must be a good evince to other core areas

Electronic Engineering Building
When check electronic building it has higher energy consumption other than strike period this metering system includes many divisions under it but all divisions are coming under one metering system so it's very difficult for analyzing , whether where can management reduce their energy consumption effectively so if sub metering system are installed then it should be easy to carry out the analyzing
As academic staff strike case 2012 May to 2012 November the energy consumption is lower than usual academic year Even though according to graph other than strike period both 2012 and 2013 looks such similar range , Hostels (A,B,C) are included in this system so it means that the energy demand is increasing over the year.

Faculty of Information Technology Building
As University of Moratuwa current metering system this is the only academic building that has unique metering so this entity evokes how academic staff strike affect the energy consumption
This building is not shown any noticeable things other than the strike period but it should be better if they try to minimize the usage.

Workshop
Workshop has included many sub regions and this the highest electricity demand area and major consuming part in university and from 2011 Department of Mechanical Engineering students number is increased to 100 from '10 batch and each and every year total number of intakes are increasing in whole university so each and every year this areas demand is so increasing for reducing university electricity usage this is a better area to do case study.

Textile Engineering Building
Textile building shows some abnormal case it is an increasing demand building with only it has textile building, L block and Fashion Design Centre so here the management should concern about this drawback it and there want to be considered due to z score problem number of textile engineering intake students were increased.

It is a such wonderful metering system that shows some unimaginable data, this building has managed to keep their 2013 energy consumption as much like as academic staff strike period.

t has not shown as much as deviation with two plots this one shows that only the academic staff strike period time stuff only

This one not showed as much as deviation with 2012 and 2013but even though some building system shows good results and some are having shortcomings other than strike period.
When check January, April, Decembers are showing some sudden flops are there because obviously they have festival holidays in it.
