CNC Workshop
CNC workshop is one of the main laboratory where most of the components are used for 6 days(without Sunday) in a week 8 hours per day and here there are some outside jobs also have been doing there. When looking at the features air-conditioning system make most impact on the energy consumption here 3600 BTU split type air conditioners(4 machines) working for those hours. Fans are only used (mostly not used) when there may A/C failure occurs when moving to the next part that CNC machineries the jobs for vertical milling and wire cutting is are used in only week days and not in much number then the other factor is Electrical Discharge, even though it has consumed more power because of availability (rareness) it is used for 6 days per week and also number of jobs also higher than others.
